Refund policy

Eligibility

Paid enrollments in Forecast Lab cohorts and Signal Office Hours may qualify for a refund when requested in writing before the stated cutoff. Trail Map self-paced purchases may qualify within seven days if template downloads were not completed.

Timeframe

For live cohorts, full refund requests must arrive at least seven calendar days before the first live session. Requests after that window are considered for partial refunds only.

Full and partial refunds

A full refund returns 100% of tuition paid for the affected seat. A partial refund may apply if you withdraw after the cutoff but before the midpoint of the program, typically 40–60% of tuition depending on completed sessions. Retention Desk engagements follow the statement of work.

Non-refundable items

Completed one-to-one office hours, third-party software licenses, travel, and customized dataset preparation fees are non-refundable once work has started.

Refund process

Email contact@servertrailcore.digital with your full name, program name, invoice number, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within fourteen business days. Bank timelines may add additional days.

Cancellation by Servertrailcore

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of tuition paid for that cohort.

Exceptions

Documented medical or force-majeure events may receive case-by-case consideration outside the standard cutoffs. Mandatory consumer rights under Thai law remain unaffected.
